Service to others has been a big part of my life. Growing up in Boston, MA, I watched my parents choose professions dedicated to serving others. I knew my life would follow in their footsteps. I realized this when I enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1996.
I spent nine years on active duty in service to our country. It was here I embraced the core values of Integrity, Service, and Excellence in everything I do. These core values drive my work every day as a financial advisor.
I didn’t grow up with a solid financial foundation. I came from a blue-collar home, and the idea of financial planning and investing was not a topic discussed around the dinner table. I learned the importance of building a solid financial foundation of investing, retirement, insurance, and the essential issues I now spend each day sharing with my clients.
Retirement planning is overwhelming for so many. We are told to go to work, participate in our company’s 401(k) ‘s and, after 40 years, retire happy. However, for so many, that is not reality. I have made it my life’s work to partner with my clients so they too can enjoy the life they worked so hard to provide.
As a professional financial advisor today, my mission is to help people retire with confidence to enjoy the most important things in life: family, friends, and faith.
